Celebrating the 400th milestone of the RRD Toastmasters Club was truly a remarkable event! We were honored to have AVP Sandeep K. as our keynote speaker. His profound speech on the importance of time and the value of effort truly resonated with everyone in attendance. Sandeep's insights on how precious it is when someone invests their time in us left a lasting impact and inspired me to seek deeper meaning in every interaction. A heartfelt thanks to Sandeep for his enlightening words and to everyone who made this milestone possible. This celebration has reinforced our commitment to growth, learning, and valuing each moment. Hereโs to many more milestones ahead!Audhi Kesavan Vinod Raja Nagarajan Dharanipriya Sankar Karthik A V Ramalakshmi B. #Toastmasters #400Milestone #Leadership #Inspiration #PersonalGrowth

We were hesitant to take the first step on this journey, but with the support of my amazing group of people, we dared to dream together. This journey has been a life-changing experience, bringing us in contact with the most amazing people with inspiring ideas and innovations. We owe it to Manikandan Namboothri , who pushed us to take part in this IPL journey and stood by us till the end.We were lost and didn't know where to go, but then we found Audhi Kesavan , who graciously agreed to mentor us. We were blessed to find S. Prem Anand , who was the navigator of our journey and guided us till the end.I've always believed that the journey itself is more important than the destination, and I'm content with all the experience we've gained along the way.Congratulations Sriram Srinivasan, CFA , and thank you for teaching us some invaluable lessons on this journey.I'm deeply grateful to our incredible managers Nagoor Gani , PRASATH N , M shabbir and Rajesh for their unwavering support throughout.Lastly, I'd like to thank our leadership team, Nanda Chintaluri , Sampath Kumaar Sridharam, ACA, PMP, CFA , Sundeep C K , and Hena Nath for organizing this fantastic event.RRD GO Creative ASHMITHA PARAMESWARI B. karthikeyani #IPL #RRD

"Yesterday, we held our Annual Meet to celebrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. From hosting my first DEI session with Amardeep Devadason in January to now being recognized as the DEI champion by him in December, it's been quite a journey for me.I learned a lot from my DEI colleagues during the meeting and gained valuable insights.Sundari Sivasubbu highlighted the importance of accessibility and stressed the need to ensure that every team member feels included and valued. This is crucial in creating a sense of belonging and promoting equity within the organization.Furthermore, Arun Prasad Varma's eloquent examples of the frog and the honeybee must have been very insightful. He highlighted the value of underrepresented individuals within organizations, emphasizing that they are the backbone of an organization and should be recognized as such. This is important because these individuals play a crucial role in driving the organization's success, even if their contributions may not always be recognized. As we look ahead to 2024, we are setting our sights higher and focusing more on Culture and Diversity, Generation and Gender Equality, Ability, as well as other salient areas.I express my deep gratitude to Mujeebur Rahman for his guidance and for teaching me all that I have learned from the outset.Together, we are constructing an inclusive space in which every voice is heard and valued. Let us take some time to reflect upon our journey, share our insights, and pave the way for a more inclusive future. #DEIAnnualMeet #Inclusilikewise #Belonging #InclusiveFuture #DiversityChampion

I had an opportunity to attend the RR Donnelley #GWBRG event, It starts with highlights of the 2023 initiatives undertaken by RR Donnelley Insights from "Spotlight on RRD Leaders - Kara Goodwin "๐"Never ask someone to do something you wouldn't do yourself"๐"Be authentic and be accessible"๐"The willingness to listen"๐"Happiness is often an active choice"The speaker of the event Deb Steiner highlighted many remarkable pieces of advice. One thing she emphasizes about the whole event is empathy๐What does it mean by a great leader? "empathy"๐we are all humans, we are weak, and we have emotions, Empathy works in the workspace๐Empathy lets us recognize what is being brought to the table๐As a leader - Empathy must be put first๐leading with empathy - in a meeting of 60 minutes, We can spend 5 minutes in empathetic talk and the rest of the meeting will have a more meaningful ๐we are responsible for ourselves if another person is not empathetic, be empathetic anyways๐Do it anywayThank you Dawn Haley Marsha Villanueva McDermott for bringing up my question"What is the one piece of advice for someone who aspires to become a leader? " Deb Steiner is a firm believer in "Leading from where you are"๐somebody has to step up to do the leading๐Always put your hands up, Current Leaders look for future leaders to step up ๐Raise your hands when you find an opportunityNanda Chintaluri #RRD
