Not every one of the achievements in Cookie Clicker can be seen when you are looking to finish the game 100%, so you need to do other tasks to complete these secret goals. Also known as Shadow Achievements, these objectives can't be seen in your stats until you have finished them. Every secret accomplishment you can earn in the game takes more effort to do as you explore the game.

Unlike other achievements for Cookie Clicker, the shadow achievements are listed as "either unfair or difficult to obtain" by the game itself. Many goals have strange prerequisites or objectives ranging from confusing to seemingly impossible. However, with enough patience and careful planning, you should be able to meet every secret goal if you dedicate enough time to learning what steps you must take.

Widely held as one of the first (and best) idle games, Cookie Clicker can keep players busy for countless hours, but can anyone actually beat it?

All Shadow Achievements in Cookie Clicker

Complete Specific Tasks Whenever You Can

You can get 17 total Shadow Achievements in Cookie Clicker, each taking a different amount of time to complete. Some tasks are difficult, while others may be easier than you initially realized. None of these achievements count toward your Milk percentage, so don't worry about whether the process to meet various goals interferes with other gameplay elements.

Shadow Achievements don't show up in the game unless you have completed them. Some achievements have special quotes referencing their completion to help you track which ones have been done already.

Four-Leaf Cookie	"Fairly rare, considering cookies don't even have leaves."	Have 4 Golden Cookies simultaneously.
Gaseous Assets	N/A	Have your stock market profits surpass a whole year of CpS ($31,536,000).
God Complex	"But that's not you, is it?"	Name yourself Orteil. Usurpers incur a -1% CpS penalty until they rename themselves something else.
In Her Likeness	"There she is."	Shape your Clones to resemble Grandma's.
Just Plain Lucky	N/A	You have 1 chance in 1 million every second of earning this achievement.
Last Chance To See	"You monster!"	Burst the near-extinct Shiny Wrinkler.

Third-Party	"Some find vanilla to be the most boring flavor."	Use an add-on for Cookie Clicker.
True Neverclick	"This kinda defeats the whole purpose, doesn't it?"	Make 1 million cookies with no cookie clicks.
When The Cookies Ascend Just Right	N/A	Ascend with exactly 1 trillion cookies.

While many of the Shadow Achievements are self-explanatory, there are a few that require multiple steps to complete. The most confusing goal you'll want to finish is "Cheated Cookies Taste Awful," which you need to use Steam's debug mode cheats to earn. The video below by YouTube creator DorikV17X goes over the process of how to hack the game and enable a way to get a great number of cookies automatically.

You need to enter the Game.cookies = Game.cookiesEarned + <amount> code as a command to start earning a near-infinite supply of cookies without having to constantly click for them.

Once again, none of these achievements you earn contribute toward your Milk percentage, but that shouldn't stop you from trying to complete every secret goal. Finding a way to get every Shadow Achievement in Cookie Clicker could lead to bragging rights or help you reach a place where you can easily 100% complete the rest of the game.
