Ingredients

Raw Pudding

  • 1 cup almond milk (240ml)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons date paste
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the fruit together in a bowl, stirring vigorously.
  2. Once you’ve created a homogenous mixture, set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again with a fork, then cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled and topped with your favorite fruit!
